Wedding package (for guests in all Hotel in the wider Roseau area) includes:
• With the wedding package a local attendant will accompany you to the official place´s
• Marriage Officer´s Fee
• Marriage License
• Register License
• Stamp duty
• Civil or religious arrangements: priest or magistrate, government fees,
• Affidavit
• Best man / maid of honor if needed,
• Photograph, includes digital photos on CD and jump drive, no hard photos are given to the clients.
• Bridal bouquet/ Flowers
• Decoration/ Arrangement Fees
• Wedding cake
• 1 bottle of champagne/Sparkling wine
• Roundtrip taxi transportation to wedding site
• Roundtrip taxi transportation to Roseau
• Incidentals
• the wedding location which can be at a waterfront resort, a secluded beach, an exotic waterfall in the rainforest or in front of an artificial waterfall at the FORT YOUNG HOTEL.
Express/ Cruise Ship- Wedding package = getting married within one day (for guests in all Hotel in the wider Roseau area) includes:
• all same as above, except it doesn't include the round trip taxi transportation to Roseau!
• Express = All Formalities and Documentation must be sent to the wedding provider at least 5 days before the wedding date.
Formalities & Documentation for Wedding:
All the following documents must be in English or a certified translation is required.
• Valid passports
• 1 passport photo
• Original Birth certificate
• Information about nationality of both clients required prior to arrival.
• Certificate of no impediment to marriage
• Affidavit stating that both partners are single
• If divorced, the original divorce papers
• If under 21 permission of parents/ guardian/ Evidence of consent
• If widowed, the death certificate
• In case of name change a deed poll
• The couple must stay on the island 3 full working days before the wedding license can be issued except Express and cruise ship weddings
• Completion of the formalities must be carried out in the presence of the couple - it takes no longer than 2 hours.
All Documents must be send in advance, and the charges and fees must be paid in advance!
